Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction with your order is of utmost importance to us.

That's why, we have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange of product for an item of the same price, or equal to the same total amount, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

You can contact us at shop@magayoncollections.com. If your exchange request is accepted and approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. After receipt of your original item purchased, we will then ship to you the item you'd like to exchange it for. Once we exchanged your original item for a new one, we will not accept another return for that said item.

Damages and issues

We carefully inspect each item before sending it to you. We will NEVER ship a defective item. However, issues may occur with handling and shipping of the items. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or orders paid with gift cards.

Refunds
We inspect and make sure each of our product(s) is in excellent condition before we ship them to you. We do not offer refunds but would gladly exchange the item you received for a product of the same price, or same total value.
